Are you passionate about inspiring and nurturing young minds? Do you have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent? We're seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team at the YMCA WA.

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Educator, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe and engaging learning environment for our children. You'll work closely with our Room Leader to develop individualized programs, maintain developmental records, and keep parents informed. Your infectious enthusiasm and passion for early years education will shine through in everything you do.

Requirements
  • Qualifications in Early Childhood or equivalent
  • Understanding of the National Education and Care Services Regulations 2012, the EYLF, and the NQF
  • Ability to reflect on previous experience implementing programs in an Early Learning Centre
  • HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate, National Police Clearance, and Working with Children check
