Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and intervention to our clients under Aged Care Funding.
  • Develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community.
  • Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy services.
About You
  • You will have a degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority.
  • You will have postgraduate experience working in a variety of aged care services, including the community.
  • You will have a comprehensive understanding of health and well-living models, including reablement and restorative care models.
  • You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
