We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Deli Team Member to join our team. This is a hands-on role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

About the Role
  • Assist with day-to-day management of staff within the Deli department
  • Manage the receipt, storage, and rotation of produce stock
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met
  • Prepare and display products for sale
  • Recommend, slice, weigh, package, and price meats, cheeses, and other deli products
  • Maintain visual displays and customer-facing areas
  • Clean and maintain work areas
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work across 7 days
  • Physical capability to undertake substantial lifting
  • Positive attitude and high level of initiative
