We're looking for a Bakery Team Member to join our Bakery Team currently based in South Melbourne. This role will be permanent part-time (25 hours per week), working Monday-Friday from 1am-6am.

Occasional weekend work may be required. Next year, our Bakery will relocate to Richmond (with easy access to Richmond Station).

**ABOUT YOU**:
This role will work alongside our Head Baker to produce top quality products for distribution to our Melbourne-based Delis, daily. We're searching for food lovers who thrive on quality and presentation. Currently, our Bakery Team produce our famous donuts and rye bread daily. Previous experience in a bakery environment and stellar time management skills are a must. A qualification in baking &/patisserie is highly regarded (or currently studying).

**YOUR DAY-TO-DAY**:

- Work alongside our Head Baker to produce our donuts, bread & specials
- Ensure product is consistent and to a highest quality always
- Keep the kitchen area clean and tidy, adhering to all HACCP SOPs
- Support the Head Baker with any requests relating to specials
