Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide personalized support to individuals with various needs, empowering them to live independently and reach their goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing daily living support, including assistance with personal care, meal planning, and medication management;
  • Developing and implementing individualized plans to promote independence and well-being;
  • Building strong relationships with participants, their families, and support networks;
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support;
  • Documenting progress, incidents, and other relevant information in a timely and accurate manner.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate 3 or higher in Disability, Aged Care, or Individual Support;
  • Experience working with individuals with complex care needs and challenging behaviors;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing circumstances;
  • A current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and First Aid/CPR certificate.
