Job Description

This role involves leading case management of complex and sensitive employment matters, ensuring equity in the process and alignment with the Enterprise Agreement.

You will provide change management advice including advising and assisting in the management of staff consultation and redundancy processes.

In addition, you will coordinate and facilitate dispute resolution processes, liaise with Union representatives and, as required, represent the organisation as an advocate in tribunals.

Further responsibilities include coaching managers and HR partners to address and resolve sensitive and/or complex employee relations matters.

You will also research, analyse and identify options for addressing and resolving complex employee relations matters and develop advice and options to inform the organisation's industrial strategy.
