Caravan and RV Service Technician

This role involves performing a range of repair and maintenance tasks on motorhomes, including cabinetry maintenance, re-sheeting and framing repairs.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be able to diagnose and carry out repairs efficiently.
  • Experience working with a variety of motorhome models and brands would be highly beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills are also essential for delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair issues with motorhomes, including cabinetry, electrical systems and plumbing.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
  • Install and fit parts and accessories as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or significant experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
