Job Title: Senior Account Development Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to fill the role of a Senior Account Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales campaigns, promotions, and product offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and data analysis to track sales performance, client engagement, and market insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, expanding client relationships, and delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
