Essential Criteria
- Registration with or eligibility for registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist in General Surgery
- UK CCST (Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training) or equivalent from a Competent Authority country
- Experience working as a General Surgeon-Staff Specialist with demonstrated clinical and technical expertise
- Commitment to quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical governance
