Job Title: Office Administration Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient office administration professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and be proficient in MYOB.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and taking client details
- Scheduling jobs
- Data entry
- Following up debtors
- Maintaining client database
Requirements:
- High level of customer service
- An ability to learn quickly and a willingness to expand your skills and grow
- Ability to work independently, as well as a team
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with computer skills
- MYOB experience advantageous
Benefits:
- Full-time position
- Casual role available
- Competitive hourly rate from $25.00 per hour
- 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
- No weekends required
Additional Information:
- Murarrie, QLD relocation required
