Job Title: Office Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient office administration professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and be proficient in MYOB.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and taking client details
  • Scheduling jobs
  • Data entry
  • Following up debtors
  • Maintaining client database

Requirements:

  • High level of customer service
  • An ability to learn quickly and a willingness to expand your skills and grow
  • Ability to work independently, as well as a team
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with computer skills
  • MYOB experience advantageous

Benefits:

  • Full-time position
  • Casual role available
  • Competitive hourly rate from $25.00 per hour
  • 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
  • No weekends required
