An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Cairns office for a full time Receptionist role.



Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and staff professionally
  • Answer and transfer telephone calls efficiently
  • Take detailed messages accurately
  • Distribute faxes electronically
  • Organise mail and prepare outgoing documents
  • Set up meeting rooms for the day
  • Maintain the staff kitchen area
  • Assist with catering, stationery and IT needs
  • Support with file opening and searching tasks
  • Contribute to general administrative duties


About You


You will enjoy working with people and providing support with confidentiality. You will possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail, along with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. You will present yourself professionally and possess a polished telephone manner with enthusiasm to work independently and collaboratively as part of our team.
