We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Graduate Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team at HealthcareLink. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive early intervention and care coordination to young people, supporting them in achieving their goals and actions outlined in their care/management plan.
Key Responsibilities:- Assessment and Intervention: Provide informal and standardized assessments to support children and effectively assess and provide plans to improve patients' health.
- Client Support: Work with clients to implement comprehensive early intervention and care coordination, collaborating closely with participants, their families, and carers.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate and assess needs clearly and precisely to the client and funding organisation, participating in clinical review and supervision to ensure service standards are met.
