We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with a diverse paediatric caseload, supporting children and youth aged 1-18 years with varying needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive early intervention and care coordination to young people to assist them in achieving the goals and actions outlined in their care/management plan.
  • Work with clients to implement informal and standardised assessments to support children and effectively assess and provide plans to improve patients' health.
  • Providing effective outcome driven support and collaborating closely with participants, their families and carer
  • Communicate and assess needs clearly and precisely to the client and funding organisation
  • Participate in clinical review and supervision, ensuring service standards are met
