Our organisation seeks a results-driven Portfolio Manager to oversee national property transactions and drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end property deals, including lease renewals, rent reviews, surrenders, and negotiations.
  • Oversee financial management, reporting processes, and lease administration.
  • Lead a team across leasing, accounts payable, compliance functions, and lease administration.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure service delivery.
  • Provide data-driven insights through portfolio analysis and regular performance reports.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and support long-term planning.
  • Ensure compliance with leasing legislation, internal controls, and vendor management standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate real estate or property management.
  • Strong understanding of leasing practices, lease administration, financial processes, and transaction management.
  • Proficiency in lease management and accounting software.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in commercial property or a related field.
  • Current Real Estate Certificate.
