About the Role

This position is responsible for executing daily collection activities, including inbound customer and key stakeholder enquiries and outbound collection calls. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with key Australian Beverages customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting collection calls to collect Accounts Receivables across all assigned customer portfolios.
  • Ensuring effective securement and prompt payments from customers, while employing commercial sensitivity and good judgment.
  • Resolving day-to-day financial discrepancies and maintaining accurate records to keep customer accounts in good standing.
  • Acting as a key point of contact to resolve credit/collection related issues in a timely manner.
  • Helping to resolve customer disputes effectively, whilst working closely with various departments to enhance customer service delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate collection files and electronic collection notes for each customer account within assigned customer portfolios.

About You

  • A working knowledge of collection management practices, with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in an FMCG organisation.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Problem Solving and Decision-Making Skills.
