This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of driving positive change within our organisation. As a Specialist Consultant - Employee Relations, you will lead complex workplace investigations, providing exceptional advice on Australian employment laws and managing risks.

You will also:

  • Manage and resolve external ER claims and litigation, representing Origin in relevant tribunals.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex matters within the ER Team.
  • Partner closely with our leaders, P&C and other stakeholders.
  • Brief and direct external stakeholders, including lawyers and investigators.
  • Support the ongoing development of ER practices through driving our strategic priorities and education.
