Boutique Manager Position

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience while supporting the overall success of the boutique. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily operations and leading the store team to ensure seamless efficiency and a high standard of service.
  • Engaging with clients to build lasting relationships, providing expert guidance and upholding the brand's reputation for excellence.
  • Supporting and motivating sales team members, driving performance and fostering a positive team culture.
  • Oversight of inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation, as well as handling operational tasks and reporting.
Requirements

We are looking for a driven individual with a strong background in luxury retail, ideally within watches or fine jewelry. Essential requirements include:

  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • A client-focused approach, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Results-driven mindset and experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM and inventory management systems would be advantageous.
