Project Lead Architect Opportunity">

We are seeking a highly skilled project lead architect to join our multi-residential studio in North Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in leading multi-residential and commercial projects, possessing a strong design sensibility and exceptional organisational skills.

Responsibilities include working closely with the project director, clients, and the broader team to deliver successful projects. A key requirement is proficiency in ArchiCAD, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, bringing creativity, clarity, and attention to detail to the role. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and encourage a broad range of experience in the studio.

  • Lead multi-residential projects from conception to completion
  • Collaborate with project directors, clients, and the team to achieve project goals
  • Develop and maintain high-quality designs using ArchiCAD
  • Maintain excellent communication and problem-solving skills
