About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Water Safety Officer to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Water Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our patrons in and around our pools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring pool operations run smoothly and efficiently
  • Maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication skills
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for water safety and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • An understanding of OHS and public safety applications within your facility
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus free club access and opportunities for career growth and development.
