About the Opportunity:
We are seeking highly skilled and passionate culinary professionals to join our team across all LUCAS venues and levels, including pastry. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience as a cook or chef in a high-volume restaurant or fine-dining establishment
- Sushi, wok, pizza, and pastry expertise highly valued
- A strong understanding of food safety protocols
- Resilience and ability to perform under pressure during service periods
- A strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Full availability and willingness to work a rotating roster, including opening and closing shifts, weekends, and public holidays
