You will be responsible for collaborating with the Nursing Administration team to maintain efficient and effective management of resources and staff, ensuring high-quality care and improving health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:- A current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Relevant tertiary qualification in management and/or extensive post-graduate clinical and management experience in the acute healthcare setting.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills demonstrating motivation, delegation, negotiation and knowledge with clinical experience of evidence-based acute health assessment, treatment and care.
- A proven ability to provide leadership, manage resources and drive change effectively, with a demonstrated commitment to professional development.
- Computer literacy including working knowledge of staff scheduling systems.
