Job Overview:

This role involves coordinating the delivery of high-quality service to customers, working closely with internal teams and external partners. Key responsibilities include managing field service requests, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a prompt and effective manner
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate logistics
  • Coordinate machine bookings for maintenance work
  • Process service paperwork for invoicing purposes
  • Assist with warranty claims and quotation preparation
  • Support the distribution of service reports and invoices
  • Prepare and distribute service agreements and quotations
  • Coordinate work performed by subcontractors and process their invoices
  • Provide administrative support, including reception and mail services
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and customer service experience
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a team environment
  • Organised and able to prioritise tasks to meet customer and operational requirements
  • Maintain workplace health and safety and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage
