About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Senior Structural Engineers and Designers to work on various landmark projects, including iconic buildings and award-winning developments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical guidance and solutions to ensure the successful completion of these high-profile projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver complex structural engineering projects
  • Developing and implementing innovative design solutions that meet client expectations and regulatory requirements
  • Mentoring junior engineers and providing guidance on best practices and industry standards
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree qualification in Engineering or a related field
  • At least 3-6 years of experience in structural engineering design, preferably in a consulting environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in commercial, residential, government, and public building projects, as well as retail developments
  • Strong knowledge of Australian regulatory requirements and building codes
  • An excellent understanding of pre-stressing, steel design, and reinforced concrete principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior management, clients, and relevant authorities
