Key responsibilities include:
- Leading curriculum design, assessment, and instructional leadership to build teacher expertise and improve student achievement.
- Proven ability to lead collaboratively, working alongside staff, students, and the wider school community to achieve shared goals with clarity and accountability.
- Experience in mentoring and developing leadership in others, empowering staff at all levels to contribute to school improvement.
To be eligible for this position, applicants must:
- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid visa with relevant work rights.
- Hold registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia.
- Obtain a valid Working With Children Check before starting.
