Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to support clients in their own home environments.

The successful candidate will perform general household duties, provide personal care, and facilitate community access. They will also transport clients to appointments and social activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting clients within their own home environment
  • General household duties such as cleaning and cooking

Requirements:
  • Certification III in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent experience
  • National Police Check (obtained within the last 12 months)
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
  • At least 6 months' previous work experience working in aged and/or disability care
  • First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working with Children Check (or ability to attain one)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to obtain)
  • Passionate about supporting people to empower their lives and independence
  • Highly organized, flexible, and reliable
  • Proactive approach and ability to work independently and within a team
  • Persuasive nature with excellent communication skills
