Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to join our team as a Casual Legal Fee Earner. This role will involve utilizing strong professional networks to attract and secure new clients for the firm, engaging in business development activities, maintaining and strengthening client relationships, and collaborating with our legal team to deliver exceptional legal services.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Acquiring and securing new clients through professional networks and other channels
  • Engaging in business development activities to expand the firm's client base
  • Maintaining and strengthening client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborating with the legal team to deliver high-quality legal services

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in law from a recognized institution
  • Admission as a solicitor or barrister in South Australia
  • Proven experience in client acquisition and business development within the legal sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Proficiency in using legal research tools and case management software
