The Job Description

This position involves delivering tenancy and property management services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Property inspections, allocations, and rental collection
  • Debt recovery, condition reports, and lease reviews
  • Exit procedures and administrative tasks

Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is required, along with building strong relationships and contributing to a dynamic team environment.

As a housing officer, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on clients' lives, supporting them through challenging times.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in property management and knowledge of relevant state legislation
  • Relevant skills and experience in working sensitively with diverse customer groups
  • Confidence in liaising with various stakeholders, including vulnerable individuals
  • A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a caring and empathetic nature

Desirable qualifications include a Real Estate Certificate or experience managing NRAS/SDA properties.
