About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Housing Specialist to manage a portfolio of properties in Rockingham WA and Perth south-of-river corridor.

The role involves conducting property inspections, coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing tenant interactions, and monitoring expenses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs in a planned, coordinated and consistent manner.
  • Manage tenant interactions and administrative tasks associated with tenancy and property management.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure properties meet required standards and tenant needs are met.
  • Monitor expenses and work towards performance goals in accordance with legislation and standards.
  • Develop business knowledge quickly to support regional operations and adapt in a high-pressure environment.
Requirements:
  • Strong skills in organisation, communication, stakeholder engagement, and information analysis and interpretation.
  • Ability to develop business knowledge quickly and operate in a high-pressure environment.
  • Must hold a valid Driver Licence and be eligible to obtain Baseline Vetting security clearance for consideration by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA).
