As a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Projects Specialist, you will drive impactful projects across our national healthcare network. Your expertise in health, safety, and wellbeing project management will shape and enhance our HSW Management System to ensure best practice and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage health, safety, and wellbeing projects by coordinating resources, maintaining documentation, monitoring project plans, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with methodology.
- Support governance and execution through research, reporting, financial tracking, development of risk-based tools, regulatory review, and strategic advice to the HSW team and National Program Manager.
- Develop and monitor the HSW Management System to ensure legal and regulatory compliance, including drafting procedures, guidelines, and forms.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Expertise in health, safety, and wellbeing project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
