We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to spearhead our national division's financial strategy and operations. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team of finance analysts, driving accuracy and insight in financial reporting, forecasting, and business outcomes.

About the Role
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of four state-based finance analysts who partner closely with site leadership to drive business performance.
  • Oversight of full P&L accountability for a complex national division, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and business insights.
  • Collaborate with state managers and senior executives to shape strategic decisions and performance outcomes.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and commercial governance, including exposure to hedging and FX for international sales.
  • Oversee the monthly management cycle and reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and insight.
  • Contribute to business improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency across finance and operations.
Your Qualifications
  • CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Proven background in commercial finance or operational finance, ideally in heavy industry, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
  • Strong track record of P&L management and business partnering with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to coach, influence, and engage a long-tenured and geographically dispersed team.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capability, with an appetite for change and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across multiple states and sites.
