This is your opportunity to step into a pivotal role advising some of the most dynamic and influential businesses in the market. You'll work directly with founders, investors, and senior executives across sectors like property development, private investment, and creative industries — helping them make decisions that drive growth and shape their future.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a senior, client-facing finance role where your commercial insight matters as much as your technical skill. You'll lead the finance delivery for a portfolio of high-value clients, backed by a capable, motivated team.

You'll:

• Own the finance function for a select portfolio of sophisticated, fast-moving businesses.
• Partner at board and executive level, turning complex financials into clear, actionable strategy.
• Lead and develop your team, setting the standard for delivery and professional excellence.
• Drive change and improvement, identifying opportunities to boost performance and profitability.
• Play a role in growth, contributing to business development and expanding your own client portfolio.

About You

• CA-qualified (or equivalent) with training in Big 4 or a top-tier firm.
• Around 10 years' total experience, including at least 5 years in commercial finance after leaving chartered.
• A proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Skilled at balancing detail with the bigger picture in a fast-paced environment.
• A natural leader who inspires confidence in both clients and team members.
