About Our Mining Engineer Program

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated engineering graduates to join our team. This comprehensive 24-month program offers newly qualified engineers hands-on experience in key areas of the mining cycle.

Graduates will rotate through essential underground operational roles, including Truck Operator, Service Crew, Charge-up, Bogger Operator, and Driller, before advancing to Project Engineer training.

You'll apply your academic knowledge in a dynamic underground mining environment at one of our Western Australian mine sites, gaining invaluable experience that will set the stage for your future career.

Career Advancement Opportunities
