As a key member of our podiatry team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and service delivery. Collaborating closely with our team of Podiatrists and State Managers, you will lead by example to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for clinical queries and supporting the Encara podiatry team and State Managers in addressing client concerns.

Maintaining accurate administrative procedures is crucial to facilitate smooth on-site transitions and internal invoicing. You will uphold superior standards of clinical excellence and customer service, fostering open communication with all stakeholders.

A timely completion and documentation of assessments, care plans, and progress notes are essential. Actively participating in staff in-services and contributing ideas to enhance service quality are also key responsibilities.

In addition to your day-to-day duties, you will develop and manage comprehensive induction and training programs in collaboration with our Quality and Service Development Manager.

Continuous improvement is vital to maintaining our competitive edge in aged care, home care, and NDIS services. Staying updated on legislative changes and supporting recruitment and retention efforts are also important.

To excel in this role, you will need thorough experience and expertise in podiatry services across various sectors. Exceptional communication and reporting skills, strong planning and organisation abilities are also required.

All applicants must hold or be eligible to hold registration with AHPRA, Covid-19 vaccinations, willing to undergo a police check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
