As a senior leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of air operations across Rotary Wing and Fixed Wing platforms. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Operations team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize team rostering, flight following, and training programs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement to drive operational excellence.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Champion a safety-first culture and lead initiatives to improve health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Aviation Management, or relevant industry experience is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in senior operational leadership roles, preferably in aviation.
- Extensive knowledge of aviation regulations, laws, and industry standards.
- Proven track record of driving operational performance, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience managing operations in high-pressure environments.
