We are currently seeking a Product Application Specialist to drive innovation through application and showcase the many ways our Goodman Fielder product portfolio can be used across different culinary and commercial applications. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for developing creative, commercially viable applications using our diverse product portfolio to inspire chefs, foodservice operators, and manufacturers.

The Job Description:
* Identify new and unique ways to integrate existing products into different cuisines, food formats, and operational environments to enhance their usability and market appeal.
* Support new product development (NPD) by working closely with R&D, ensuring that new innovations align with real-world culinary needs, trends, and customer demands.
* Develop and deliver engaging, interactive presentations and live cooking demonstrations to educate customers and the internal sales team on product applications.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with key accounts, foodservice operators, and distributors to develop customized solutions that address their operational and menu challenges.
* Partner with the sales team to create compelling product narratives that demonstrate the commercial benefits of our product range, driving stronger customer buy-in.
* Provide market intelligence by analyzing customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging industry trends to refine product applications and positioning.

Requirements:
* 5+ years of hands-on culinary experience in a professional kitchen, foodservice, or manufacturing environment
* Qualified culinary chef
* Strong experience in recipe development, menu creation, and food product application
* Ability to conduct live cooking demonstrations, training sessions, and customer engagements.
* Understanding of ingredient functionality, food processing techniques, and sensory evaluation.
* Experience collaborating with sales, marketing, or R&D teams
