Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a 12-month category plan aligned with retailer objectives and insights.
  • Establish Beam Suntory as a category thought leader by forging strong retailer partnerships.
  • Present innovation plans that align with retailer category vision.
  • Contribute to achieving Joint Business Plan by executing the category plan with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop perfect store guidelines to support category growth objectives.
  • Serve as the category expert, tailoring strategies to retailer needs and leading retailer category reviews.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and contributing to an engaged workplace.
  • Adhere to and promote Beam Suntory policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing, customer, or category management.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, or Marketing preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills (Circana/Quantium).
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Space Management experience is desirable.
  • Confidence presenting to customers and internal stakeholders.
