We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to our organization's mission of providing exceptional healthcare services.
About the Role
The successful candidate will possess strong clinical assessment skills, with the ability to develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care in partnership with patients and their loved ones. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting, with a strong understanding of medication systems, wound and diabetes care, and excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care is delivered
- Ensure full compliance with organizational and professional standards
Requirements
- AHPRA registration
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting
- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Ability to guide staff in wound and diabetes care
- Sound understanding of medication systems
