Regional Manager - Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our teams across multiple sites in Gippsland and Latrobe regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all jobseekers, clients, and stakeholders receive quality services from their teams.

The ideal candidate will have regional or multi-site management experience, with a proven ability to confidently lead, develop, and drive growth-based initiatives across multiple sites. They will also possess strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.

  • Experience of employment services sector or not-for-profit organisation highly regarded.
  • Proven ability to set clear direction, performance standards, and expectations.
  • Strong focus on driving continuous improvement in a changing work environment.
  • A hands-on, results-focused approach with the ability to drive performance KPIs and targets.

The successful candidate will also have excellent interpersonal and time management skills, as well as budgeting/financial management experience. A driving licence and willingness to travel across the East Gippsland and Latrobe area are also essential.
