**Overview**: We are seeking a professional with a passion for hospitality to lead our Front of House operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests.

**Job Description**: As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Cellar Door and Kitchen spaces. Your responsibilities will include supervising and motivating the team, creating premium guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service and presentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Support the Venue Manager in daily Cellar Door and Kitchen FOH operations.
  • Supervise and motivate the team to deliver warm, memorable service across both spaces.
  • Lead tastings, share the story of our wines, and encourage sales and memberships.
  • Assist with rostering, training, and mentoring of casual and part-time staff.
  • Support site presentation, stock control, and compliance processes.
  • Help coordinate events, trade visits, and VIP experiences.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience supervising or leading teams in hospitality, tourism, or retail.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for wine, food, and tourism.
  • A can-do attitude, flexibility, and attention to detail.
  • RSA, Driver's Licence, and (ideally) a First Aid Certificate.
