Lead Occupational Therapist Position

This senior role will see you leading a team of occupational therapists, providing clinical guidance and mentoring to enhance the skills and knowledge of your colleagues.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience delivering services under the NDIS and experience in leading others
  • Experience in providing training and supervision to other Occupational Therapists
  • A passion for being a leader in their field and delivering quality evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • A driver's license and full access to a vehicle
About You

We are seeking a highly skilled professional who is passionate about working in the disability sector. You will need to have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, current and valid Working with Children and Police Checks, and a valid Driver's license and access to a reliable motor vehicle.
