Therapist Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support a dynamic caseload, mentor junior therapists and contribute to service development.

  • Manage a caseload of participants with a focus on subspecialty areas, delivering high-quality assessments and interventions
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop therapy plans and collaborate with healthcare professionals
  • Support clients with home modifications, equipment prescription and goal attainment
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Mentor junior therapists, providing guidance and support in their professional development

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced therapist to take on a leadership role, developing their skills in caseload management, mentoring and service improvement.

  • AHPRA registered OT with 4+ years' experience, preferably in NDIS settings
  • Strong clinical reasoning, person-centred practice and knowledge of NDIS models
  • Leadership capability, a growth mindset and a commitment to excellence
