The Role
We are seeking a skilled Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recently formed central Talent Acquisition team. As a key partner, you will be responsible for attracting top talent on a global scale, focusing on sales, operational support, and corporate functions roles across our businesses worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment process for roles across various functions, leveraging diverse talent pools.
- Develop and execute direct sourcing campaigns, building strong relationships with key collaborators globally.
- Conduct initial screening interviews, showcasing the Travelopia brand and opportunities to candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate activity via our Applicant Tracking System.
- Support a range of vacancies across all Business Units and functions at Travelopia.
- Provide exceptional administrative support, including scheduling interviews, offering positions, and maintaining effective communication.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in global talent acquisition, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Ability to build positive experiences for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Sound understanding of candidate sourcing strategies and efficient use of Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Experience using social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, is required.
- Excellent collaboration, written and verbal communication, time management, and organizational skills.
