Job Title: Principal Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Technical Lead to join our dynamic team on the Gold Coast. As a technical leader, you will take ownership of the mobile app development team's output, ensuring features are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical and domain guidance to scrum teams, fostering a collaborative environment essential for delivering high-quality mobile products.
  • Mentor and inspire junior engineers, nurturing the next generation of mobile talent.
  • Leverage your in-depth knowledge of systems and mobile development frameworks to inform optimal architecture and solution design.
  • Stay ahead of the curve, identifying and recommending changes to application development and integration.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience: 10+ years of experience developing native iOS and Android apps using Swift and Kotlin.
  • End-to-end expertise: A solid understanding of the entire development lifecycle, from front-end mobile to back-end systems.
  • Technical proficiency: Hands-on experience with Swift and/or Kotlin, coupled with a strong grasp of security capabilities and networking frameworks.
  • Analytical skills: Advanced problem-solving, troubleshooting, and consultative abilities.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Agile methodology: Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence.
