We are seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager – Valuation Modelling and Economics to join our Valuation Modelling and Economics (VME) team. As part of a global team of professionals, you will advise clients on preserving, optimising, raising or investing capital. You will support clients regarding valuation matters in various contexts, including transactions, portfolio assessment & optimisation, restructuring and strategic planning.

Your key responsibilities will include working within small project teams to undertake valuations of businesses and intangible assets, taking ownership for delivery of projects within each team, managing and preparation of valuation reports, and proposing strategies related to the advice being provided.

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in finance, economics, accounting or business, with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis, direct experience utilising various valuation techniques and methodologies, and experience conducting valuations for accounting and or tax planning purposes.
