About the RoleWe seek experienced professionals to join our team of mental health clinicians. As an APS 6 Clinician, you will provide 24/7 telephone-based intake, assessment, triage, and immediate clinical support. Your role will involve working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to coordinate care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide telephone-based intake, triage, risk assessment, and brief interventions
- Deliver immediate clinical mental health support and referrals to specialist/crisis services
- Maintain accurate client records using our client management system
- Australian Citizenship
- Ability to obtain Baseline Security Clearance
- Current (or ability to obtain) Working with Children / Vulnerable People check
- Professional registration/membership in one of the following: AHPRA registered Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Nurse Social Worker with AASW membership Masters-qualified Counsellor with PACFA or ACA (Level 3/4)
This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, with an initial 12-month contract, renewable for an additional 12 months. You will be part of a dedicated team that fosters a workplace culture valuing diversity, inclusion, and flexibility.
