We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled health care services.
Job OpportunityThis position requires assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate will help individuals improve their speech, language, and overall quality of life.
Main Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients to diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide therapy for patients with articulation, cognitive-communication, and swallowing difficulties.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to enhance communication and swallowing function.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
- Clinical Competence: Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Hold an active and valid Speech-Language Pathology license in the relevant state.
- Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in speech therapy is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Skillset: Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills.
- Certifications: CPR certification is desired.
