As an experienced professional in learning and development, you have the opportunity to join a dynamic team that prioritizes continuous growth and skill enhancement.
The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for L&D, with a strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in an L&D management role is required, along with tertiary qualifications in HR, Psychology or equivalent.
The successful applicant will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs, evaluating learning initiatives through KPIs and metrics, and cultivating a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Additionally, the individual will need to ensure the continuous improvement of our Learning Management System (LMS) and other relevant e-learning tools.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Demonstrated achievement in designing and delivering training programs.
- Strong knowledge of LMS and other relevant e-learning tools.
- Proven ability to determine skill gaps and training needs.
