
Support Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Support Coordinator. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of Cyber Security projects.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to prepare detailed reports periodically and ad-hoc.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and make decisions with moderate complexity under limited supervision.
As a Project Support Coordinator, you'll work closely with the Project Manager and team members, providing administrative support while gaining firsthand experience in cybersecurity.
Responsibilities include:
- Project Administration: Maintain project documentation, organize meetings, take minutes, and action follow-up tasks.
- Logistics and Support: Coordinate travel arrangements, manage databases, facilitate resource procurement, research information, and provide general administrative support.
Requirements:
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic project management experience preferably using methodologies like PRINCE2 Agile or PMBOK.
- Ability to analyze reports and contribute to issue resolution.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
