About the Role:

As a senior educator, you will take on a leadership role in our centre, overseeing daily operations and guiding a team of dedicated educators. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your knowledge and expertise to drive exceptional educational programs.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education to children.

  • Your strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards will ensure that our programmes align with best practices.

  • Collaborate with the centre's leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a safe and inclusive environment.

  • Maintain open communication channels with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.

  • Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and current legislation.

  • Current Working with Children Check and ability to maintain confidentiality.
