Disability Support Worker

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide high-quality support and care services to clients with disabilities.

  • Provide individualized support to clients in their homes and within the community;
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and domestic chores;
  • Support clients to participate in community activities and events;
  • Work collaboratively with other health professionals to develop and implement client-centered plans;

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate IV in Disability, Community Service, or Aged Care;
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check;
  • A National Police Check;
  • A Working with Children Check;
  • A First Aid certificate and CPR;
  • NDIS Workers Orientation (preferred);
  • Eligibility to work in Australia;
  • Fully COVID Vaccinated (Triple vaccinated) with evidence;
  • A current full Driver's license;
  • Minimum of 6 months relevant experience supporting people with disabilities;
  • Previous experience in a similar role;
  • Proficient written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team;
  • Ability to prioritize and organize own work/caseload effectively;
  • Commitment to professional development, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice;
